QWAK,OOPS -- no runing water today
 

QWAK,It got COLD last night and is staying cold today, 26 now, I drained the hoses and every thing that could freez but FORGOT to plug in the HEAT TAPE on the pipe ware the water comes out of the well!:36_1_63: :thumb.aspx: :stupido2: :shot:

No big deal realy as it happens about once or twice each year -- BUT if I had just pluged in the TAPE and wraped it and put the INSOLATING BOX back on after I repared a leak last summer THIS would not have happened!:36_1_30:

At least I got the filter cleaned and the DUCK POND is nice and warm!:yes:

Got water for several days+ always, in the water filter and jugs so just an inconvienence to not be able to open the tap -- or flush the toilet!:36_1_25::wink:

It is a good reminder actualy, BUT IF I were back in the city IT would be a BIG PROBLEM and it it were EVERY BODY :36_1_63::36_1_25:it would be a HUGE PROBLEM! :yes:

I expect to see that sort of thing happening a lot IF not this year than NEXT for shure!:thinkey::36_1_11:

BTW: Safe castle has a big 2 for 1 sale on caned freez dried potatoes so I am going to order 4 cases -- I am pulling out ALL the stops at this point and spending all the $$$ on PREPS wile the $$$ can still buy preps!:thinkey::36_1_11:
